i hate goodbyes.

The spookzter left already. I've been lost and keeping myself busy the past few days. I hate it when someone leaves. There's this heavy feeling pulling you down. Ugh! I'm useless. sorry can't write anything with sense right now. blah...ill be back when my happy spirit is back.

Surprise! Surprise!

As I've said…the spookzter is leaving for Singapore on the 13th. For good. *huhuhu* I know its sad but we have to do this. So anyway, I’m planning a surprise going-away party for him tomorrow night. I told him we’re just having dinner with four close friends. He doesn't have a clue that I invited his closest friends. I’m not really close to some of them but I think its sweet to make him feel that this party is for him not mine or any body else’s.

Good thing today he needed to go to Manapla (an hour away town from Bacolod). They’re recording a final track. So I went ahead and shopped for food and everything we need for tomorrow. The Menu, his favorites: Spaghetti, BBQ, lumpia, Nachos, macaroons, cheese sticks, California maki, buffalo wings, chocolate cake and  my friend Karla will bring food I’m not yet sure what it is.

Wish me luck that everything goes well. ;-)

Inspired to blog

Wooohooo! finally finished downloading Windows Live Writer. It’s way better and easier to blog now. It’s like using MS Word but only its connected directly to my blogspot. Technology…i bow down to you. As a matter of fact, this is my first blog using Windows Live Writer and i love it. :)

While waiting for WLW to finish downloading i watched Julie&Julia, starring Meryl Streep and Amy Adams. I love it. It’s about cooking and blogging at the same time. It’s also about saving yourself when you feel you’re about to drown.  I felt connected to that film. I love food (both making and eating them). I love to write.

Truly an inspirational movie. Worth watching.

This morning I thought i was going to lose air. I woke up late and realized Yayay was not home to prepare Jordan for school. So we had to do things faster that the usual. The house was a mess. Nothing was going right. By lunch time I was dead tired and decided to watch the movie while downloading the Windows Live Writer. It was good idea after all. Talk about coincidence. After the movie, I just wanted to blog about everything and cook. This new tool will come in handy for me.

There’s so much to live for! Yes to life.
